KIRITSU is an independent creative archive and online store showcasing original music, artwork, audiovisual projects and curated archive material.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork, photography, text, branding, graphics and original audio compositions published on KIRITSU are the intellectual property of KIRITSU and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Archive Mixes & Third-Party Music
Some archive mixes available via KIRITSU contain recordings by third-party artists and are streamed through authorised third-party platforms such as SoundCloud.
All rights in those recordings remain with their respective copyright owners. KIRITSU does not claim ownership of third-party recordings included within these archive mixes.
Personal Use
Content made available through KIRITSU is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Members-only content, downloads and exclusive releases may not be copied, redistributed, re-uploaded, shared publicly or resold.
Store
All products are subject to availability. Limited editions, signed releases and special collections are available while stocks last. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to different display devices and production processes.
Memberships & Digital Content
Membership benefits are personal to the subscriber and may not be shared with others. Access to members-only content may be withdrawn if these terms are breached.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of digital content and made-to-order products, the following policy applies:
Digital downloads, members-only content and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has started.
Made-to-order physical products, including prints, canvases and apparel, cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you change your mind.
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will work with our fulfilment partner to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
